A 6 week group program to help you kickstart your New Year off on the right foot!

-new workouts daily accessible via the KY Fitness coaching app, complete with video examples of each exercise and tracking capabilities

-customized nutrition along with e-book outlining how to build a menu you will love and many recipe ideas

-weekly check ins with Kalli to keep you accountable as well as to make updates as needed to ensure results

-group Facebook page for support with daily posts by Kalli and interaction with other group members
